Tim McGregor
He has worked in substance misuse for 18 years across a diverse range of services. He has recently worked as a senior health manager within the National Treatment Agency for Substance Misuse , based within the UK, a job that demands strong negotiating and influencing skills. He has developed a reputation as a strong negotiator and change manager who has the drive to see through changes in organisational behaviour and ensure that change is effectively implemented. Establishing and working with a diverse range of partners is one of his key strengths. The majority of his recent work experience has been in a complex partnership environment.
He has worked in the UK government and non-governmental organisations for the past decade. He has extensive project management experience with excellent organisational skills and a clear focus on meeting targets on time. He is skilled at looking for innovative ways of working and will utilise strategies or new ideas that might be a challenge to the norm.

Jane McGregor
She has extensive experience of working in substance misuse.
Jane McGregor worked for many years as a practitioner and manager of substance misuse services. She currently works as a Health Lecturer at Nottingham University, UK, where she leads a BSc programme in Substance Misuse. She is a member of the international Motivational Network of Trainers (MINT).
Her research focus includes public health issues relating to substance misuse.
